To send your proof of payment to Student Fees, please go to: https://freshdeskportal.ukzn.ac.za/.
Follow these steps:
- Click on the “Submit a ticket” tab which is located at the top-right corner of the page.
- Select “Student Fees” from the drop-down menu.
- Fill in the required fields including, a clear explanation of your query.
- Attach proof of payment.
- Click on the Submit button once all fields have been completed.
Please ensure that your email address and student number are completed correctly under the required fields as this data will be used to respond to you.
