I went to Standard Bank today to make payment towards my acceptance of offer fees. The teller advised that their system is rejecting my student number. What can I do?

You will not be able to make payment at the bank immediately after receiving an offer from UKZN. You are required to wait for at least 24 hours. Thereafter, the bank will have your student number updated on its database and you will be able to make payment.
