I am an international student. I have updated my study permit and paid all the required registration fees but I still cannot register. What should I do?

Contact Student fees Office for assistance.

To send a query to Student Fees, please use the link: https://freshdeskportal.ukzn.ac.za/. Follow these steps:

  • Click on the “Submit a ticket” tab which is located at the top-right corner of the page. Select “Student Fees” from the drop-down menu. Fill in the required fields including, a clear explanation of your query. Click on the Submit button once all fields have been completed. 

 

A response will be sent to the email address that you will have provided when completing the form. Please remember to attach your 2025 proforma invoice (obtainable from your College office).
