I am an international student. I have updated my study permit and paid all the required registration fees but I still cannot register. What should I do?

Contact Student fees Office for assistance.

To send a query to Student Fees, please go to: https://freshdeskportal.ukzn.ac.za/

Follow these steps:

  • Click on the “Submit a ticket” tab which is located at the top-right corner of the page. 
  • Select “Student Fees” from the drop-down menu. 
  • Fill in the required fields including, a clear explanation of your query. 
  • Click on the Submit button once all fields have been completed. 

 

Please ensure that your email address and student number are completed correctly under the required fields as this data will be used to respond to you. Please remember to attach your 2026 proforma invoice (obtainable from your College office).
