You can request for a debit order form from any Student Fees counter on your Campus or send your request via https://freshdeskportal.ukzn.ac.za/. Follow these steps:
- Click on the “Submit a ticket” tab which is located at the top-right corner of the page.
- Select “Student Fees” from the drop-down menu.
- Fill in the required fields including a clear explanation of your query.
- Click on the Submit button once all fields have been completed.
Please ensure that your email address and student number are completed correctly under the required fields as this data will be used to respond to you.
