You can request for a debit order form from any Student Fees counter on your Campus or send your request via https://freshdeskportal.ukzn.ac.za/. Follow these steps:
- Click on the “Submit a ticket” tab which is located at the top-right corner of the page.
- Select “Student Fees” from the drop-down menu.
- Fill in the required fields including a clear explanation of your query and click on the Submit button once all fields have been completed.
A response will be sent to the email address that you will have provided when completing the form.
