I’ve sent an internal transfer form via email, how can I check if it has been approved

Students should be directed to the Freshdesk portal as the generic emails are no longer available. 

To send your query , please go to https://freshdeskportal.ukzn.ac.za/ and click on the “Submit a ticket” tab which is located at the top-right corner of the page. Select relevant business unit  on the page. Fill in the required fields and click on the Submit button once completed. Your query will be routed to the correct Agent and be dealt with.
